Jason Potter-Rose (CEO)

Jason has the responsibility for the end-to-end business model, providing strategic insight and leadership into the continued growth of our partners. Jason has over 30 years of industry experience, most of which as a market leader of Sales and Marketing.

Larry Flynn (Head of Distribution)

With over 20 years of Health insurance industry experience, Larry is responsible for the overall sales & distribution of The EM Group. He provides the team strategic leadership and ensures the continued growth of the Group.

Vanessa Hodge (Head of Operations)

Vanessa has extensive experience in administration and process improvement. She has been part of EM since 2016 and her team provides integral back office support to the EM team.
